- Mechanically de-stemmed and double-washed to remove field dust
- Processed through X-Ray and Laser Sortex machines to eliminate stones
- Slightly coated in high-grade edible oil (upon request) to prevent clumping
- Packed in food-grade polyethylene lined corrugated cartons
